Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityResponsibilities
Work closely with Data analysts, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment through cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsMonitor ROI on initiatives being drive to enhance and retain revenue from the existing customer baseWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersManage the implementation of NPS at various touchpoints in the customer journeyAbout You:
