Programmatic Deal Specialist

The Programmatic Deal Monitoring Specialist is responsible for daily oversight of all programmatic deals, ensuring flawless campaign execution and delivering actionable recommendations to the sales team for enhanced buyer engagement and spend acceleration. This role sits at the intersection of programmatic operations and sales, providing insights and troubleshooting support to maximize deal health and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Monitor live deals across PMPs and programmatic guaranteed channels on a daily basis to ensure pacing, delivery, and performance targets are met.

·        Flag deal issues such as under-delivery, technical problems, creative rejections, or setup inaccuracies and coordinate timely resolutions.

·        Synthesize campaign and deal data, providing daily and weekly recommendations to sales about optimization tactics and buyer-specific strategies.

·        Surface actionable feedback from buyers and DSP partners to internal teams and suggest changes for greater buyer satisfaction.

·        Partner with technical teams, ad operations, and account managers to address ongoing campaign issues and deal setup improvements.

·        Generate, analyze, and distribute regular reporting on deal performance, spend trends, and audience delivery for the sales team.

·        Identify trends in buyer behavior and campaign success, proposing new optimization tactics to sales and operations.

·        Stay current on DSP and SSP platform updates, buyer needs, and programmatic trading best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        2+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital campaign management.

·        Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

·        Experience working with PMPs, PGs, DSPs, and SSPs in a campaign operations or support role.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for sales collaboration and client-facing guidance.

·        Familiarity with industry reporting platforms and tools (Salesforce, Freewheel, Magnite, etc.) is a plus.

·        Candidate must be willing to work from a TelevisaUnivision office

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.

Base pay Range - $80,000 to $100,000 + benefits
