Program Support Professional II

This unique role offers the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities one-on-one and in small group settings—while also getting out into the community for weekend events, and activity outings. Position Title: Program Support Professional II Schedule: Availability to be scheduled to work between 8:00am–9:00pm Monday-Friday  Position Type: Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed Compensation: $18.75 per hour   Location: Twin cities metro area   In this role you will be making a difference by: + Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence. +  Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1:1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program. + Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment. + Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. + Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed). To be considered for this role you must: + Carry a valid driver’s license + Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car) + Hold an acceptable driving record. + Possess strong English communication skills. + Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) + Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check. + Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Benefits for this position include: + A company vehicle for all work and some personal use.
