Job DescriptionThe Program Support Assistant provides administrative support to a designated division within a federal agency and works in close partnership with both federal and contract personnel to support operational needs across the division.Position Duties:Provide general administrative and operational support across the designated division.Provide direct administrative support to include the coordination and scheduling of meetings along with preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, and other related materials.Document and track leadership requests, routing inquiries as appropriate.Manage and update data on grants, deadlines, and reports.Draft correspondence and maintain updates to process documents to include Standard Operating Procedures.Maintain team document repositories, ensuring consistent standards of document organization, versioning, and collection across the team. Assist with the organization of division files and documents within designated platforms to include SharePoint.Support grant application management and portfolio oversight.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline along with least 2 years of prior administrative or operational support experience required.Experience coordinating meetings and preparing related materials.Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to track deliverables, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.Experience drafting and maintaining process documents.Expertise in MS Office including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Grant management experience, or experience with supporting grant application management and similar portfolios.Experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred.Additional Requirements: This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.  This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.
