An applicant with knowledge of DDA services, person-centered planning, and billing systems is preferred. Duties include but not limited to: +  Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered. + Responsible for coordination of implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, training while ensuring active engagement of all participants. +  Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitors program activities and staffing. + Assure the coordination and implementation of daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities. + Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system.
