**About the Role:**
Join a leading telecommunications company as a Program Senior Analyst, responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic construction programs. This role is an integral part of our Program Management function, focused on delivering major company initiatives related to expanding and maintaining our telecommunications infrastructure. This position will involve a hybrid work model, with a combination of office work and on-site visits to client locations within the Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA areas.
**What You'll Do:**
+ **Construction Program Management Support:** Provide critical support to the Construction Program Management team, assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes supporting site acquisition, permitting, vendor management, and construction completion efforts.
+ **PMO Reporting & Analysis:** Create and maintain routine PMO reports specific to construction projects, including detailed status reports, updated Gantt charts reflecting construction progress, and budget tracking. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ **Data-Driven Evaluation & Improvement:** Utilize aggregate data from multiple sources, including construction progress reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics, to create comprehensive evaluations and contribute to driving continuous improvement within our construction processes.
+ **Subject Matter Expertise & Knowledge Transfer Support:** Support subject matter experts by assisting with research and documentation related to key construction systems and processes, providing knowledge transfer and training materials to project teams and stakeholders.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with personnel from various departments, including engineering, real estate, legal, and vendors, to assist in ensuring successful project implementation and process improvements within the construction lifecycle.
+ **Information Accuracy & Communication:** Assist in reviewing the accuracy of construction-related information, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support the communication process by responding to requests from management, clients, and project teams.
+ **Schedule Management & Issue Resolution Support:** Support the team in adjusting project schedules based on real-time information and input from construction teams, proactively address schedule slippage, and assist in resolving other program-related issues related to the construction.
+ **Mentorship & Training Support:** Provide informal help and training to coworkers, sharing knowledge and best practices within the construction management space.
+ **Application of Construction Principles:** Apply general knowledge of standard construction principles, techniques, and procedures to assist with assigned tasks and help solve routine problems on construction sites.
+ **Broad Functional Knowledge:** Possess a developing understanding of construction management principles and some knowledge of several related disciplines within the telecommunications industry.
+ **Lead by Example:** Support and model behaviors consistent with company values.
+ **Impact & Influence:** Contribute to the quality of your work and the work of other construction team members.
+ **Standardized Procedures & Deadlines:** Work within established construction procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

**What You'll Need:**
+ **Excellent Communication Skills:** Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present construction-related information clearly and concisely.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project, and intranet/internet. Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) is a plus.
+ **Education & Experience:** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction management, preferably within the telecommunications or wireless industry. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Developing understanding of existing construction procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents within the construction field.
+ **Microsoft Office Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ **Organizational & Analytical Skills:** Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
+ **Financial Acumen:** Basic math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations relevant to construction budgeting and cost control.
+ **Construction Document Proficiency:** Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and as-builts, is a must.
+ **Wireless Site Construction Experience:** Experience in wireless site construction is preferred.
+ **Experience with project management software, such as Procore, is preferred.**
**Location:** This position is based in-office in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. This role requires on-site visits to client locations and is not eligible for remote work.
