Description The Global AmazonLink team is seeking an experienced Program Manager who will focus on all aspects of the Amazon EDI/API solutions flywheel. You will be accelerating and realizing automation related strategic, financial and operational benefits through state-of-the-art electronic integration products, for Amazon and Retail Suppliers. In this role, you will work externally with the biggest suppliers of Amazon around the globe, analyze automation opportunities while understanding priorities and benefits on both sides to then apply our portfolio of automation solutions with supplier SMEs and IT team, defining best practices in the change management process from manual to automated. You will have the opportunity to work with a large audience of internal functions in the Retail organization as well, be the voice of the supplier influencing our tech teams on EDI/API solutions/tooling, dive into Amazon`s Supply chain and technical details of various Amazon and supplier systems as well as external service providers. As this program is still at an early stage you will be able to pioneer with a business development mindset, help to build marketing and pitch strategies and material, come up with ideas on how to scale the program as well as be part of foundational and go-big data science exercises as well as building various business intelligence artifacts. The ideal candidate has a good mix of business development as well as business process understanding with a track record of using data to define and then achieve results in a dynamic environment applying best project and program management practices. The candidate needs an understanding of systems, how processes and data can convert at high quality from physical to the digital world and how the digital data can be used to generate and support business objectives. The ideal candidate already has experience with data mining, some level of hands-on BIE related work as well as the ability to convert ideas into written concepts with business and tech requirements and then driving these with the relevant stakeholders. Key job responsibilities • Build and leverage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to attract and grow the utilization of our EDI/API integration solutions and help with the business development/strategy to scale the program through evaluating and measuring the benefits for Amazon and suppliers. • Own detailed project oversight for several supplier integrations in parallel and facilitate communication between all external and internal stakeholders. Drive the projects and outcome in the best interest of Amazon and supplier ensuring business KPIs improve thanks to the automated data flow. • Focus on achieving goals with flexible prioritization and persistence, anticipating, and overcoming barriers to achieve expected results. Engage and convince others in making plans, reaching decisions, actions and results. • Think big on scaling EDI/API automation with high quality results for both Amazon and suppliers and codify the recipe for the “Perfect integration and automation change management”. • Be the voice of the supplier and add value to our products with post-project analysis and case studies. • Employ systematic, data-driven decision-making methodologies to address complex business challenges, balancing strategic vision with meticulous operational planning and execution. About the team AmazonLink owns Amazon`s B2B data exchange platform, currently being used by over 400 Amazon business divisions for data routing and transformation. Despite the large ownership our organization remained lean, enabling us to own everything end to end from engineering to editorial/marketing to support and business development. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - PMP - Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Track record of complex projects/programs that you brought over the finishing line with exceeding results - Negotiation/Sales/Marketing experience - Business development experience - Date science/BIE experience Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
