Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of the Program Manager include:
Project Leadership and Execution:
Manage NPI and PIP projects from the customer RFQ phase through PPAP.
Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to responsibilities, and hit project milestones.
Prepare detailed project plans for all phases of the project, including estimates where necessary.
Manage project scope and changes throughout the lifecycle.
Quality and Process Management:
Act as an internal quality control check for the projects.
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Participate in establishing standard practices, templates, policies, and tools to ensure successful project execution.
Reporting and Communication:
Report on project success criteria, results, metrics, and lessons learned.
Maintain extensive experience with customer contact and specific customer requirements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Formal Program Management Expertise: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is a plus.
Cost and Efficiency Focus: Experience with financial management, program budgeting, and the application of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and optimize manufacturing processes.
Advanced Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern digital manufacturing technologies such as Digital Twin concepts or CAE simulation tools to validate design and accelerate time-to-market.

Soft Skills:
