Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, seeking a **Technical Project Manager (PM)** with deep experience in **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** to support a high-impact warehouse implementation project for **Supply Chain** . This role focuses on managing and executing UAT for **SAP-based systems** and related tools that support complex material handling operations.
You will work cross-functionally with business, engineering, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, validation, and deployment of operational processes in the new warehouse.

**What’s the Job?**
**Pre-UAT Onboarding & Groundwork**
+ Lead onboarding to structured UAT processes and frameworks already in place.
+ Partner with Engineering UAT leads to clarify roles, responsibilities, and boundaries.
+ Plan and coordinate UAT resource needs, collaborating with project teams and test leads.
+ Familiarize yourself with existing test cases and overall scope of UAT.
+ Deliverables:
+ UAT Plan of Record (POR) schedule.
+ Documented resource requirements and cross-functional alignment.
+ Setup and maintain a UAT dashboard for progress tracking and updates.
**UAT Execution & Leadership**
+ Develop and manage comprehensive UAT test plans, scripts, and coverage strategies.
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure test environment and test data readiness.
+ Track UAT progress, log and triage defects, and coordinate resolution and retesting.
+ Align test scenarios with business requirements; ensure independent test script reviews.
+ Manage meetings, issue tracking, gap documentation, and change requests.
+ Deliverables:
+ Updated test progress dashboards and reports.
+ Clear defect tracking logs and mitigation strategies.
+ Business sign-off for completed UAT cycles.
**UAT Wrap-Up**
+ Transfer all project documentation, open items, and deliverables to stakeholders.
+ Provide a summary of lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future UATs.
+ Deliverables:
+ Final UAT documentation.
+ Best Practices Summary Report.
+ Completed and closed-out action logs.
**What’s Needed?**
+ **5–7 years** of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** .
+ Minimum **5 years** of direct UAT leadership in software implementation environments.
+ **3–5 years** of hands-on experience with **SAP** in testing or operational roles.
+ Strong proficiency in **MS Excel** for process mapping, test tracking, and reporting.
+ Proven ability to work in cross-functional, technical environments with multiple stakeholders.
+ Experience with warehouse operations, supply chain, or material handling projects is highly preferred.
