Description Amazon is seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing Seller Experience team in Brazil as a Program Manager. In this impactful role, you will drive initiatives that enhance the experience of millions of small and medium-sized businesses selling on our platform. Leveraging strong analytical capabilities, you'll develop and implement solutions that help sellers launch, grow, and succeed in the digital marketplace. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct comprehensive data analysis, evaluate existing processes, and propose strategic improvements to streamline seller operations. Working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, you'll maintain a deep understanding of seller needs and market dynamics, spearheading initiatives that drive business growth and seller satisfaction. A day in the life - Support the development and deployment of seller-focused solutions and tools - Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights that enhance seller experience - Identify opportunities and propose strategic improvements to streamline seller operations - Serve as a key point of contact for multiple stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships across teams - Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics to guide strategic decisions - Drive initiatives that directly impact seller growth and satisfaction - Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new seller features - Evaluate and optimize existing tools and processes to enhance seller efficiency About the team Our Seller Experience team is on a mission to empower millions of small and medium-sized businesses to succeed in the digital marketplace. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines - Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of SQL Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
