Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a **data-driven, strategically-minded Experimentation Program Manager** with deep expertise in **A/B testing** and digital UX to lead and manage experimentation projects across web platforms. You’ll be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and delivering** experiments in partnership with multiple internal and external teams, using industry-leading tools like **Adobe Analytics** , **Adobe Target** , **ContentSquare** , and **Azure DevOps** . **Job Title: Senior Program Manager** **Location: Remote** **Type: Contract** **What’s the Job?** + Lead the **end-to-end lifecycle** of web experimentation: strategy, design, execution, and reporting. + Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication across concurrent initiatives. + Translate business questions into hypotheses, and design experiments to test them effectively. + Collaborate with marketing, analytics, UX, product, and engineering teams to scope and launch A/B tests. + Provision tools and access for Adobe Analytics, Target, ContentSquare, and internal platforms. + Review and validate experiment analysis and deliver **insightful, actionable readouts** . + Maintain centralized repositories for experiments, results, and learning documentation. + Support ongoing team operations, including **sprint planning** , Kanban tracking, and roadmap development. + Train and support experimentation best practices across stakeholder groups. **What’s Needed?** + **5–10 years** experience in experimentation, digital marketing, or related fields. + Minimum **5 years** experience with A/B testing platforms and methodology. + Minimum **7 years** experience with tools such as **Adobe Analytics** , **Power BI** , **Azure DevOps** . + Minimum **4 years** of hands-on work with **digital UX** and **eCommerce best practices** . + Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. + Strong operational experience (Kanban boards, sprint planning, etc.). + Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. **What’s in it for me?** + Be part of a **high-impact team** shaping the experimentation strategy of major digital storefronts. + Work on **cutting-edge web platforms** in collaboration with diverse, talented professionals. + Gain **hands-on experience with A/B testing** , experimentation infrastructure, and business strategy.
