Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer experience sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. This is a **Program Manager on the Global Customer Experience team** , driving strategic, cross-organizational programs that improve customer experience across the full lifecycle. The role is **non-IT focused but highly strategic** , with heavy ownership of **written content and executive PowerPoint decks** to enable field sellers, executives, and internal leaders.

**Pay Range:** $52/hr - $57/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve goals and oversee the integration of technical activities.
+ Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
+ Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members while supporting their professional development.
+ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and strategic alignment.
+ Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing cross-organizational programs, preferably within a technology environment.
+ Proficiency in managing strategic projects, with experience in Azure, building copilot agents, and strong PowerPoint skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
