Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking a **US Regional Easements Manager,** playing a vital role in supporting data center development across the U.S. by securing and managing infrastructure easements for **power, water, and fiber** . This position requires deep experience in Right-of-Way (ROW) negotiations, legal coordination, and infrastructure development, and works closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective access to utility infrastructure. **Job Title: US Regional Easements Manager** **Location: Remote - PST/MST Hours** **Type: Contract** **What’s the Job?** + Lead and coordinate **cross-functional efforts** to acquire utility easements (power, water, fiber) in support of data center growth strategy. + **Negotiate Right-of-Way agreements** with landowners, utility providers, and governmental entities. + Manage and direct external consultants, vendors, and legal partners involved in easement procurement. + **Identify, assess, and mitigate risks** associated with utility access and land use in collaboration with internal stakeholders. + Support the site selection process by providing **expertise on utility infrastructure feasibility and constraints** . + Oversee the **legal documentation process** for easements and ensure all agreements meet regulatory, legal, and company standards. + Ensure the **timely flow of documentation** and information to meet project schedules and deadlines. + Track easement status, maintain accurate records, and contribute to project reporting. **What’s Needed?** + Strong **organizational** and **project management** skills with the ability to manage multiple complex efforts simultaneously. + Minimum of **5 years of direct experience** in Right-of-Way (ROW) negotiations, infrastructure easements, or utility coordination. + Effective communicator with **executive presence** and ability to build consensus across diverse teams. + Solid understanding of **real estate development** , utility infrastructure (power, water, fiber), and **routing logistics** . + Proficient in **business English** ; additional language skills are a plus. + High level of proficiency with **MS Office tools** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Ability to operate autonomously in a **fast-paced** , matrixed organization. **Experience Required** + **Bachelor’s degree** in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Land Management, or a related field. + **5–10 years of relevant experience** in infrastructure-related real estate, utility access, or Right-of-Way acquisition. + Proven ability in **problem-solving** , conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement. + Experience with **contract review** , legal coordination, and title/legal research. + Prior experience working on **major utility infrastructure projects** .
