Our client, the Global Leader in Technology, is seeking a versatile and self-driven **Program Manager** to support readiness initiatives across global support teams. This individual will work cross-functionally to **build SharePoint sites** , lead **workshops** , create **Power BI dashboards** , manage **Power Platform apps** , and engage in **stakeholder communications** . The role includes project management responsibilities, automation, reporting, and tool development—all within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
**Job Title: Program Manager – Readiness & Support Operations**
**Location: Remote**
**Type: Contract**
**What’s the Job?**
+ **Program Management**
+ Lead and coordinate readiness projects across global teams.
+ Work closely with delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
+ Update documentation and knowledge bases (e.g., internal Wiki).
+ **Automation & Reporting**
+ Develop and maintain **Power Platform** tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
+ Build and manage **Power BI** dashboards for tracking training metrics and performance indicators.
+ **Content & Presentation Development**
+ Create and present professional **PowerPoint** decks for executive and stakeholder briefings.
+ Lead or co-lead internal **workshops** to support knowledge transfer and readiness.
+ **Tool & Site Management**
+ Design, build, and maintain **SharePoint sites** to support training and resource accessibility.
+ Utilize **Azure DevOps (ADO)** beyond end-user level, contributing to development efforts.
+ **Meetings & Collaboration**
+ Attend 3–4 weekly meetings (~20% of time); spend remaining time executing tasks (~80%).
+ Collaborate with team members in a highly cross-functional, global environment
**What’s Needed?**
+ **Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
+ PMI or PMP certification is preferred, but not required.
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum **4 years** total experience in program management or related roles.
+ At least **2 years of Power Platform development** experience (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
+ Minimum **2 years of Azure DevOps development** experience (not just end-user usage).
+ Previous **CSS** (Customer Service and Support) experience is a strong plus.
+ **Hard Skills:**
1. **Power Platform** (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) – Entry to intermediate level.
2. **Program Management** – Planning, coordination, stakeholder management.
3. **Azure DevOps (ADO)** – Contributor-level experience or above.
4. **SharePoint** – Site creation and maintenance experience.
5. **Data Handling** – Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, Kusto Query Language (KQL) preferred.
+ **Soft Skills & Self-Sufficiency:**
+ Ability to take initiative and independently solve problems.
+ Experience using **AI tools** to support productivity and issue resolution.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
