Our client, a leading organization in the business administration sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 1, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various internal and external projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 1
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $30/hr - $35/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate onboarding of new partners to NDA programs, ensuring compliance and communication of onboarding status.
+ Manage outreach to potential internal presenters for monthly calls, handling scheduling needs and adjustments.
+ Review and tag incoming questions from various forums, ensuring timely responses from team members.
+ Consolidate and review external feature requests for clarity and efficiency.
+ Create reports and slides for management review, utilizing communication templates for all processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1-2 years of experience in program management or related field.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
+ Strong cross-team collaboration skills and the ability to foresee project risks.
+ Excellent external communication skills, with empathy for customer scenarios.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
