Job Title: Program Manager – LibertyWorks
Working Pattern: Full time - onsite
Working location: Indianapolis, IN
As the Program Manager you will have the opportunity to join our Rolls-Royce North American Technologies, Inc. (aka LibertyWorks) Research and Technology unit to support the delivery on next generation product or services. The LibertyWorks business unit serves as Rolls-Royce’s technology pipeline, innovation hub and rapid prototyping center for all US military services, DoD agencies, Department of Energy, and NASA. Our teams focus on research and technology roadmaps to ensure rapid maturity and incorporation into current and future products. Programs are then executed with heavy emphasis on system integration and prototyping to rapidly demonstrate value at the platform level. We operate on a principle of personal accountability, develop broad technical talent, use a lean set of processes, and utilize state-of-the-art modeling and simulation tools because speed and cost matter to our customers. Key Accountabilities:
Define and manage the project plans (time and budget), and drive adherence to achieve time, cost and quality targets.Define, agree and integrate the plans with the team, taking into account both the scope of the overall project / Work package and the activities required to understand and then produce a solution to the requirements.Ensure project risks (technical, cost, supply chain and timescale) are identified, managed (including integration of risk activities in project plan), and escalation of risks in accordance with risk management plan.Ensure IPT work integrated with all relevant higher-level plans - including relevant Project Management Plan and Risk Management PlanManaging and delivering the necessary compliance document, from requirements capture through to evidence of compliance appropriate software/tools.Planning and coordinating projects and programs including instrumentation and data analysis requirements.Who we’re looking for:

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with 5+years experience, orMasters Degree with 3+years experience, orIn order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA CitizenshipPreferred Requirements:
Project/Function Management ExperiencePMP CertificationActive Security ClearanceExperience leading or managing a team for execution of a programs Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment; willingness to accept responsibility and take initiative; and drive to finish assigned tasks on scheduleAn excellent command of the English language for both written and oral communicationsFamiliarity with external customer interface as well testing experience at a system level.What we offer:
