Program Manager (KEY)

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Program Manager to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Provide oversight for all IT and Infrastructure OperationsEngage with key stakeholders, including COR, partners, and team members to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.Track status of ongoing projects and plan for upcoming projectsCreate process documents for work centers standardizing and improving efficiency.Improve and balance the process for disaster recovery planOrganize internal meetings to facilitate improved communication.Provide information related to upcoming changes or interruption of service notificationStay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to make informed decisions.Implement utilization of technology to streamline existing processesOversee the procurement process for equipment and materialsEnsure material and equipment inventory supports operations and maintenance as well as current and future projects.Oversight of all areas of the program and specifically for performance of services of:

Baseline NEC Services including:

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) graduateCertified Information Security System Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager or Cyber Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)ITIL certification within three (3) months of contract start

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have experience managing resources, projects, schedule, and budget for communications infrastructure projects.Must have experience overseeing and managing unified communications.Must have five (5) or more years of project/program manager experience.Must possess effective supervisory skills and ability to clarify team purposes and goals, build team commitment, strengthen collective skills, and work approaches and ability to analyze and ensure that effective and accurate procedures are in place.Ability to lead a team successfully through project-driven schedules to deliver high quality outcomes based on stated performance objectives, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

Must be a U.S. CitizenMust be posses an active Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
