This position ensures person-centered services, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and financial management at the assigned location. Requirements Must meet one of the following (per MN Rule 245D): + Bachelor's degree in human services + 1 year direct care experience + Associate degree + 2 years direct care experience + Diploma in related field + 3 years direct care experience + 50 hours of training + 4 years of direct care experience under qualified supervision Additional Requirements: + One year of supervisory experience preferred + Valid Minnesota driver’s license and acceptable driving record + CPR/First Aid & Medication Administration certifications (or ability to obtain) + Successful completion of a DHS background check + Ability to lift 60 lbs and meet physical demands of the role Additional Information Hours per pay period 80
