Program Manager - IT Technical Job ID 251712 Posted 11-Dec-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the Role:** Provide consultancy and functional support to PMO office and Technical Program Managers on a variety of end to end projects management and execution including project intake, project artifacts creation (charter, Business Requirements Document, project plan, resource plan, communication and training plan, etc), project implementation and activities tracking, User Acceptance Testing and project deployment. Work with program managers and Technical program managers across the teams as well as the business stakeholders to ensure the programs/projects achieve the planned goals. **What You’ll Do:** + Drives/Supports complex, multi-disciplinary programs/projects from start to finish. + Works with Technical program managers, engineering teams and business stakeholders to manage requirements, create project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across SDLC. + Manage and keep track of project artifact generation needs including but not limited to project charters, project schedules, business requirements documents, design and test case documents, user acceptance testing, project phase readiness review, production launch and post-launch KBRI (Keep the Business Running Improvement). + Tracking key activities across project groups. Manage RAID (Risk, Action, Issue and Decision) to ensure project artifacts are completed and approved between project phases, ensuring the project overall is on track. + Chair/facilitate weekly meetings where appropriate, document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings with project stakeholders. + Create and maintain project process playbooks to support oversight PMO governance and portfolio management. Standardize project plans for all projects within the portfolio. Develop procedures and templates as required, ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. + Drives the business side of large-scale changes for major project initiatives, ensuring smooth organizational change adoption. This includes developing and executing OCM (Organization Change Management) strategies & plans, engaging business leads, performing change impact assessment, managing change communications, facilitating impacted stakeholder groups training, to minimize change resistance, endure sustained changes and achieve project goals. + Manage and maintain program communication sites, prepare and organize content for monthly program status and business value updates. + Periodically prepare necessary presentation and team analysis reports for leadership meetings to support strategic decision making. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, business administration, information systems. + Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years as an IT project manager. + Minimum three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years managing IT projects responsible for planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and working with across functional teams including engineer teams diverse business units. + OCM (Organizational Change Management) experience is a plus. + PMO (Project Management Office) experience is a plus. **Disclaimer:** _Please be advised that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will be consolidated into a single global business entity. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
