Description Amazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. We are seeking a Program Manager who will be an integral part in driving changes across Amazon’s operations and supporting top-down and bottom-up changes across our logistic network. In this role, you will be responsible for driving large-scale end-to-end process changes and partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders to improve performance across multiple operational programs. Your role will involve problem-solving, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that have a direct impact on Amazon's global logistics operations. This role does require traveling (may include multiple consecutive weeks), and the candidate must be able to drive a rental vehicle. About the team The Global Logistics team is dedicated to optimizing speed and cost in Amazon's international supply chain. We focus on efficiently moving freight from global manufacturing hubs to Amazon's international marketplaces, supporting both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. Our mission is to enhance selection and reduce costs for customers by leveraging top-tier logistics providers and innovative Amazon supply chain solutions. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
