This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies.  **What You’ll Do:  **   + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Develop and implement high-profile partnerships and alliance strategies. Drive new business efforts with the strategic account clients in a highly cooperative manner. Source new business opportunities and engage the field accordingly. + Provide ongoing support to high-profile clients ensuring they receive high-quality customer service. + Conduct market research and competitor analysis for partnerships. Negotiate agreements and contracts. Stay updated with industry trends and developments. + Facilitate regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management to understand their needs. + Prepare and submit short and long-range plans and strategies to clients utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams on initiatives. + Identify and address partnership challenges and issues. Track and report on key partnership performance and ROI. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. **What You’ll Need:   ** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. **CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Manager position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $185,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
