We're seeking a driven Program Manager to oversee technical projects focused on Building Management Systems (BMS).** **What You Will Do:** • Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, including reporting and presentations. • Provide weekly reporting to client stakeholder groups across North America & Europe. • Document meeting actions and decisions, ensuring follow-up. • Provide procedural and technical guidance to General Contractors. • Oversee project implementation and ongoing program management across multiple countries. • Serve as a liaison between on-site teams, leadership, and client contacts. • Develop and implement project strategies. • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain proper documentation. • Assess project risks and provide solutions. • Manage change management processes at both project and program levels. • Manage internal financial reporting and achieve financial goals. • Ensure SLA compliance for key KPIs. • Responsible for escalation management. **What You Will Need:** • Degree, ideally in Project Management. • Minimum 3 years of Project/Program Management experience. • Fluent English. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. • The ability to express statistical data creatively, beyond standard graphs. • Understanding HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems would be beneficial. • A passion for energy efficiency and sustainability, and a desire to contribute to a fun and exciting work environment. **We Offer:** • Opportunity to work with a global company in the facility management industry. **• Remote role based in Poland with occasional travel opportunities (average 10-15% travel expectation but may increase from time to time) across Europe.** • Professional development and growth opportunities. • Comprehensive benefits package, including private medical care, co-contribution towards a sports card, life insurance facilitation, and more. • A referral program that rewards you for successfully recommending a friend for a role. • The opportunity to make a significant impact on the environmental footprint of a leading e-commerce client. • Exposure to cutting-edge sustainable technologies and practices.
