The Program Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for leading programs/projects through all phases from ideation to launch, with direct impact on the future success of our clinical IT portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Management and R&D while driving collaboration across all functions—including Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and others — motivating the teams to achieve outstanding results and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports to the Director of Program Management and is part of the global Program Management team located in Bengaluru, India and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Lead programs/projects through Core and Extended Teams to deliver reliable and competitive products that meet timelines, design inputs, and quality metrics within a highly matrixed organization. This includes partnering with Product Management to align on market requirements and user needs as well as with R&D to ensure technical feasibility, while engaging team members across quality, regulatory, operations, and other functions to ensure seamless execution. + Communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively to different audiences and stakeholders incl. executive level; negotiate project contracts with the Automation and CIT Product Planning Group. + Ensure continuous program performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets. Drives identification of root causes and implements countermeasures when deviations occur, creating a safe environment for surfacing and solving issues Own program budget, schedule, resource management, and performance. + Leverage agile and lean (DBS) methodologies to drive fast-paced, iterative development in compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform continuous improvement. The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Medical Device Business Management, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred. + Proven experience as a program/project manager leading multi-disciplinary projects (ideally in digital product/SaaS). PMP or similar certification is a plus + Proven experience with product development and the associated processed for +medical device and software systems within regulated environments, preferably in the space of Lab Automation and/or Clinical IT. + Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared project goal + Ability to influence without direct authority and motivate teams.
