The Program Manager role will be responsible for delivering best practice Program Management methodologies across all streams on the account. This includes creating alignment with processes and procedures, reporting, and delivery of projects and activities across the account. The role will also be responsible for the Program Managing the delivery and development of the Minor and Major works programs, as well as ad-hoc Program Management activities when requested by the client.Job Description
About the Role:
Oversees the global delivery and development of the Minor Works Program, Major Works Program, and other major account initiatives.Ensures cross‑stream alignment by working with all teams to maintain consistent processes, procedures, and operational standards.Leads all reporting activities across the account, including monthly, quarterly, annual, ad‑hoc, and Minor/Major Works reports.Manages key program management systems, including the Enterprise PMO software, Client's Planview system, and development of future CAPEX budgets.Drives continuous improvement and innovation, collaborating with Technology and UX teams to enhance processes, training, technology stack performance, and reporting efficiency.About You:Bachelor’s degree in related field
5yrs+ experience in program management
Knowledgeable in Program Management Methodologies
Familiar with operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the client workplace.
Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
