This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.
The candidate will support the governance and oversight of critical Global Technology program execution and issues resolution that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. A key requirement is to have the intellectual stamina for delivery of regulatory and executive material and ensure delivery of the results aligned to our multi-year delivery efforts for program strategy, simplification and new risk management capabilities. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomes. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders and uses the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identifies opportunities, and make recommendations.

10+ Years of Project/Program Management ExperienceAgile experience Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesSelf-starter with ability to work independently as well as leading or participating in a cross-functional team environmentHands on ability leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAble to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of program objectivesCultivates a positive team culture and ensures broader collaboration across the enterpriseAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksHigh level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive audit and regulatory mattersPractical knowledge of Backup and Resiliency technical capabilities and policiesAdvanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointProven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information key to relevant points to Senior Executives across the EnterpriseProven executive presence, horizontal and strategic thinker with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organizationDemonstrates a good sense of judgment, knows when to escalate and how to manage expectationsConsiders a diverse set of data points and inputs and is decisive in solutioningDesired Qualification:
