Description of Role / Responsibilities / Project:

The Program Manager will support this company's Product organization within the PMO. In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex product and compliance programs from concept through delivery. You'll serve as the strategic hub between Engineering, Compliance, Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing-ensuring alignment, driving accountability, and keeping large initiatives moving forward with clarity and momentum. You will build alignment early and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Program/Project Management experience in product development, specifically physical productsExperience with regulatory, compliance, and code changesLeading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)Own all aspects of schedule, scope, cost, and risk managementStrong collaboration, communication, and team‑focused approachWaterfall methodologyBudget trackingProject management tools: Smartsheet or MS Project
