The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in identifying risks, and capable of providing clear, data-driven insights to support timely decision-making and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within approved timelines.

Job Description

About the Role:

Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project schedules for data centre construction using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

Coordinate with design, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment and milestone achievement.

Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.

Prepare and present schedule reports, progress updates, and risk analyses to senior management and stakeholders.

Support change management by assessing schedule impacts of design changes, variations, and unforeseen site conditions.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project planning/programming, with proven exposure to data centre or large-scale MEP-intensive projects.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.

Solid understanding of data centre construction sequencing, including civil, MEP, and commissioning phases.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
