MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Program Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Internal Revenue Service, Information Technology Cybersecurity. You will play a crucial role in managing a multidisciplinary, ensuring all insider threat detection, investigation, and response activities are executed effectively and in alignment with agency policies.
● Lead/Manage/Support oversee hiring and onboarding of staff with appropriate security clearances and skills, manage stakeholder engagement and ensure timely delivery of reports, metrics, and deliverables.
● Collaborate with IRS Counter Insider Threat PMO Leadership and contracting team to ensure mission success.
● Drive develop and maintainance of program plans, risk registers, and governance documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact.
● Utilize Program/Project management tools to track and document progress.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Manager must have:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems (with equivalent demonstrated experience in field) or Master’s (preferred)
● Experience: 10-15+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: ***insert skills, or remove line***
● Security clearance level: Moderate Background Investigation (MBI)
● US citizenship required
