As a Program Manager at TAI, you will serve as the strategic lead for a critical facility restart, orchestrating the full lifecycle of complex capital projects from initial design and construction through to operational commissioning. You will act as the primary integrator for all workstreams, establishing robust vendor management programs and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure strict adherence to GMP compliance and rigorous project controls. By providing technical guidance and driving disciplined execution, you will play a pivotal role in transforming high-level business initiatives into a predictable, high-performance manufacturing environment.

**Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:**
+ Responsible for project management execution and management of a team that provides oversight for the initiation, design, construction, commissioning and operational start-up of business initiatives / goals, programs, manufacturing equipment, facilities, laboratories, and office space.
+ Ensures that project delivery methodologies, project management processes/principles and project management tools are utilized to achieve project goals. Owns the key project management business processes and improves and simplifies these processes continuously.
+ Partners proactively with other group/function managers with strategic partners (Finance, Procurement, Quality, etc.) to support business objectives, streamline business processes impacting project planning/execution, and implement business process changes.
+ Provide guidance, direction, and advice to project engineers with respect to actions or decisions related to changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
+ Manages the project controls function.
+ Analyzes and reviews the capital forecast and other planning tools to assess resource requirements and help determine staffing requirements.
+ Support Manufacturing and/or Facilities personnel in troubleshooting problems in the operation of pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing facility systems and equipment.
+ Develop project plans, capital requests, schedules, and change controls.
+ Assist with development and update of Standard Operating Procedures.
**You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
+ 10+ years of experience in project engineering and/or project management within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or industrial environments.
+ Proven experience managing capital projects through the full lifecycle from concept to startup.
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing contractors and vendors.
+ Working knowledge of project controls, forecasting, and change control.
+ Familiarity with regulated environments (GMP/FDA/ISO) preferred.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
+ Pay: $150,000-180,000 annually (based upon experience)
+ Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
