The Program Manager will provide U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) support services to its Enterprise Automation and Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contract.
Responsibilities Provides comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order for USCIS OIT Hosting Operations Support Services, to include Automation, Cloud Operations Services, Unified Communications, Change Configuration, and Infrastructure ManagementResponsible for the management and oversight of all Contractor and subcontractor personnel performing work under this task order, ensuring their performance meets established standards outlined in this Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), and as required by the Contracting Officer or the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Oversee performance management program for all project staff – mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for employeesPrepare and present regular program reviews, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings.Anticipate customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and align program outcomes with mission priorities. Propose ideas for on-contract growth.Serve as the primary client relationship manager within the program officeSupport capture, proposal, and business development activities related to follow-on and adjacent Client opportunities.Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.Provide high-level program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, and lifecycle costing; and conduct manpower assessments and risk management, as required.Manages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position. This position manages the administrative aspects of the contract.Ensures that the manning and training of the contract staff are adequate to meet the deliverables.Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed. QualificationsRequired:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar Information Technology Field.12 years minimum managing IT operations.Written and verbal communication skills, to include presentation development to Senior Ranking Government officials.Minimum of 7 years of experience with the management of Government contractsProject Management Professional (PMP)Demonstrated success in working with clients for on-contract business growthExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated experience managing personnelDemonstrated experience supporting business development activities, including identifying opportunities, supporting capture tasks, and writing proposal sections.Active Secret clearance Company Overview
