Job Title: Program Manager Job Description We are seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead critical initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and can confidently own projects from start to finish. Responsibilities + Own the full project lifecycle from planning through execution with minimal oversight. + Operate with urgency and adaptability in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly and execution speed is key. + Demonstrate executive presence by leading meetings with senior stakeholders, keeping discussions focused, and confidently guiding conversations. Essential Skills + Proven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects. + Strong communication and leadership skills, especially in high-stakes, executive-facing settings. + Comfortable working under pressure and driving clarity in fast-moving environments. + Project coordination, Microsoft Office proficiency, scheduling and calendar management, PowerPoint and content creation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in stakeholder communication, program/project management, healthcare operations, and non-clinical operations. + Proficiency in tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Power BI. + Minimum of 6 years total experience in project/program management, with 2-3 years in program management. Work Environment This position is onsite in Newark, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Once converted, the schedule needs to be flexible. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62.69 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
