Our client, a global leader in software, cloud computing, and digital transformation services, is seeking a **Program Manager** to join their team. As a **Program Manager** , you will be part of the Customer Success Unit supporting service management and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $40–$45/hour
Terms: 40 hours/week
What’s the Job?
• Drive and execute customer health, cloud, and AI programs
• Manage and support consumption and usage initiatives
• Create documentation and impactful presentation decks
• Analyze trends and identify productivity improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support customer engagements
What’s Needed?
• 2–4 years of program management experience
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in creating visual documentation and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI preferred
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills
