Our client, a leader in the medical device and healthcare technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team.
**Job Title:** Program Manager
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range:** Competitive
Contract role - likely long term
**What's the Job?**
+ Collaborate with swimlane owners and project stakeholders to gather input and consolidate planning data.
+ Identify program-level risks and work with team leads to define mitigation strategies.
+ **What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in program/project management, ideally in a regulated or product development environment.
+ Ability to synthesize inputs across teams and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
+ Familiarity with risk management practices and program health metrics.
+ Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar.
