Program Manager
**Program Manager** **12+ month contract** **Location: Boston, MA - hybrid 2-3 days onsite a week** **_Duties and Responsibilities_** + _Leads the IT program within the with the guidance and prioritization from business management and IT management._ + _Works with senior program managers and program staff to determine program needs and standards and to devise efficient methods of accomplishing work, recommend changes and/or to integrate functions thereby providing more proficient and efficient operations._ + _Facilitates the Program via the tracking and exchange of information; leads & coordinates weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings of stake holders and manages the dissemination of information; prepares articles, briefings, illustrations, and presentation materials explaining program activities, goals, objectives, and initiatives._ + _Provides guidance and assistance on delegated tasks, ensures team assignments are on schedule to meet targets._ + _Manage, monitor and escalate ATLAS enhancement, project and support requests (SQRs)_ + _Communicate with external and internal stakeholders on projects, to ensure transparency, and to provide information that is accurate and meaningful._ + _Reviews and analyzes data, testing and validation exercises concerning the program, project, and activities to determine progress and effectiveness, to make recommendations for changes in project timelines, guidelines, goals etc. and to devise methods of accomplishing program objectives._ + _Conduct comparative research and data analysis to measure and improve performance of development, operations, and maintenance programs, review existing policies and procedures, develop findings, and draft new or revised Standard Operating Procedures._ + _Provides support in making recommendations to improve operations and developing presentations which will impact policy decisions making._ + _Supervise, coordinate, and monitor activities of project support staff. This includes business analysts, QA resources, training groups, technical writers, developers and architects._ + _Assign work accordingly to ensure operational goals are met._ + _Determine and track performance goals for strategic and operational projects._ + _Prepare Fiscal Budget recommendations and cost estimates for all Strategic Initiatives._ + _Provide requirements for new dashboards for proactive reporting._ + _Produce documents such as RFRs, RFQs, BAFOs, Executive Presentations for application procurement initiatives._ If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
