Program Manager
Our client, a global leader in software, cloud computing, and digital transformation services, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Support Readiness department supporting Global Support Enablement Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Program Manager **Location:** 100% Remote (CST preferred) **Pay Range:** $45–$50/hr **Terms:** 40 hours/week **What’s the Job?** • Participate in supportability planning and readiness activities, including telemetry and stakeholder communication • Develop new processes and improve efficiency through automation and optimization • Coordinate projects and direct the integration of technical activities • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility **What’s Needed?** • 2+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse/SQL) • 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience • Experience with Power BI reporting and data analysis • Demonstrated self-sufficiency using tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI resources • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (PMI/PMP preferred) **What’s in it for me?** • Health, Dental, Vision • Matching 401k • PTO • Continued Education Assistance If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
