**Description** SAIC is seeking an on-site Program Manager to provide support to OUSD-P. Responsibilities: + Provide on-site leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel + Provide outstanding Office Management & Executive Support Services (OM&ESS) that include excellence, transparency, accountability, and teamwork & service to customers + Work with the Task Monitor (TM) to create efficient & effective (OM&ESS) teams across the OUSD-P organization + Address issues that affect timely and effective delivery of services + Serve as a single POC for the COR and TM + Keep COR and TM and individual offices informed of the status of personnel actions (i.e. plan/timeline for filling positions, corrective action to address performance issues) Onboarding OM&ESS staff + Establish, implement, maintain, and document appropriate onboarding processing, training materials, and certifying OM&ESS staff can perform required services within 30 days of in-processing Office Management + Identify, plan, direct, coordinate, develop and implement innovative process improvement to OM&ESS and other enabling services throughout the organization + Oversee execution and completion of PWS requirements + Apprise the government of OM&ESS challenges affecting timely delivery of services + Manage, train and supervise contractor OM&ESS personnel + Provide for and maintain technical proficiency of contractor OM&ESS staff Continuity of Service for OM&ESS requirements + Develop & maintain continuity of services materials for daily ops (e.g. digital or hard-copy continuity books) **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements + Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience + Fifteen (15) years management experience in high ops tempo environments, leading and supervising multiple teams + 5+ years related experience providing executive management support + Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills + No Hybrid; Pentagon based Clearance Required + Top Secret with the ability to obtain an SCI SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
