**Job Description** We are rapidly expanding our Cloud Native and AI Infra business in APAC and are seeking a Principal TPM to serve as outbound TPM owner for key accounts. In this role, you will work closely with both executive level and working level stake holders at strategic accounts to drive OCI adoptions, deliver value, and foster long-term growth. This position is based in China/Hong Kong. **Job Description** + The Strategic Customers, Engineering team (SCE) at OCI is tasked with managing the relationships with some of our most significant customers. You are the ultimate owner at SCE for overall customer satisfaction and account healthiness. + Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success within OCI. Working closely with customer engineers, infra and service teams to address customer issues in a prompt and scalable way. + Take ownership of growth. Identify and foster growth opportunities. Lead major expansion projects and build strong partnership with sales. + Proactively address growth blockers by pulling in the right teams, driving escalations, locating solution plans and tracking progress. + Own leadership reporting and drive agenda for cadence meetings between customers’ infra leadership and OCI executives, and own OCI executive talking points, track action items and delivery. **Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years' experience in customer facing technical program management, technical account management, customer success manager, OR equivalent experience. + Sales mentality and eager to drive growth. 4+ years’ experience in GTM functions such as sales, pre-sales engineer, and business development. + The experience in driving high impact, strategic and complex cross-functional projects. + Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure services. Understanding of Data Center and AI infrastructure. + Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically. + Maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills. + Work well with senior leadership (from engineering to business) to drive results for core infra expansion and feature delivery projects. + Work well in ambiguity to dive into a problem and create a solution. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of technical program management for Cloud Infra project.
