HybridYour mission starts here at Raytheon Australia! An exciting opportunity exists for a Program Manager within our Electronic Attack Air Combat Training Support (EATS) Program.

The Electronic Attack Air Combat Training Support (EATS) Program is located at Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Amberley QLD and delivers critical support to the RAAF F/A-18F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler capability.
Specifically, the EATS program provides contracted support to the Commonwealth for No 82 Wing training, based around the suite of tactical flight simulators and other virtual training systems.
You will work closely with Defence stakeholders to identify and seize opportunities, leveraging existing contract relationships to provide value-for-money solutions, and deliver a range of training related services.
The EATS Program Manager is responsible for the efficient execution of training activities to ensure that No 82 Wing can meet its capability requirements, within a flexible and transparent resource management framework.
The role acts as a key interface to the Commonwealth and Subcontractors for aircrew training delivery. The role is focused on maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction and providing leadership and management within the Program.
Reporting directly to the T&AM Program Manager, the position is responsible for:
Leadership and management within the program.Coordination of program deliverables as per requirements.Satisfaction of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within the Contract Performance Framework.Accountable for ensuring that all Program goals are achieved, all customer expectations are met or exceeded.Maintaining and improving customer/client satisfaction.Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Requires a University Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated skills in financial cost control utilising earned value principles.Proven understanding of the Defence environment - with a minimum of 5 years in Program/Project Management on Defence sustainment support projects.Experience in solution and proposal development, including the financial and commercial aspects of a proposal.Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the establishment and management of integrated schedules, resource management and budgets, Key Performance Indicators, and strategic planning.Demonstrated stakeholder management of experienced aircrew training professionals with excellent relationship management abilities.Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance.
