Program Manager - Atlassian Cloud Migration

Overview

Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise migration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) from on-prem data centers to a SaaS cloud platform. This role owns program delivery, financial management, cross-team coordination, and executive communication across a highly matrixed technology environment.

This position requires hands-on experience with data and platform migrations, deep Atlassian expertise, and strong financial ownership across complex programs.

Must-Haves

8+ years of program management experience in a large, complex technology environmentProven experience leading enterprise data or platform migrations, preferably data center to cloudDirect experience managing Atlassian migrations (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) from on-prem to SaaSExpert-level knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet at a platform and program levelStrong financial management experience, including:Budget ownershipAccruals and forecastingContract managementFTE labor planningChargebacks and cost allocationExperience leading multi-threaded programs across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teamsDeep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum ceremonies and cross-team planningProven ability to manage program calendars, dependencies, risks, and executive reportingExceptional communication skills, including executive-level status updates and decision facilitationBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a technical field(Equivalent experience considered per corporate guidelines)
