Program Manager, ROW Last Mile
Description We are looking for a motivated Program Manager to lead the Last Mile technology roadmap for the Latin America market. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and scaling technology products that directly impact both customer and operator experience. This role requires an individual who can fully own how Last Mile technology impacts customer and operator experience. The candidate will manage performance, measure results, and drive initiatives to improve outcomes while exercising strong judgment to balance customer experience with financial impact. The role offers broad exposure to business, financial, and technical teams across Amazon. The successful candidate thrives in ambiguous environments and is capable of designing and defining products with limited information. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven track record of leading large cross-functional initiatives involving senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business partners. Key job responsibilities - Own and execute the product roadmap for Last Mile technology products in Latin America - Partner with key stakeholders across multiple functions to plan and execute the launch of new technology products - Launch and scale products in alignment with Amazon’s requirements, owning customer and merchant satisfaction, performance, compliance, accounting, and financial metrics - Use customer insights, market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to drive data-informed decisions - Demonstrate strong program and product expertise by leveraging company-wide assets and capabilities - Evaluate launch results and continuously incorporate learnings into the product strategy and roadmap Basic Qualifications - Experience in program or project management - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience defining program requirements and leading data-driven process improvement initiatives using metrics and insights - Bachelor’s degree - Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL - Advanced English proficiency Preferred Qualifications - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
