Program Manager, Promo Execution Team
Description This Program Manager role is focused on coordinating straightforward projects while developing core PM skills. As a Program Manager I, you'll be: • Learning fundamental program management methodologies • Developing skills to manage increasingly complex projects • Building relationships across different teams and organizations • Growing your ability to balance competing project constraints Advising Scope • Primarily advises peers and immediate managers • Learning to navigate organizational dynamics • Developing professional communication skills • Building credibility through successful project delivery Key job responsibilities • Manages promotional program activity, establishing execution timelines and determining workflow SOPs. • Leads auditing processes to troubleshoot pricing anomalies and errors to ensure data integrity for successful execution to stores. • Responsible for communicating and facilitating promotional processes training with business partners to maintain crucial task timing adherence. • Spearheads meetings and promo related projects, effectively communicating insights to key stakeholders. • Identify headwinds, mistakes, opportunities for improvement, and other critical business issues. • Displays a strong commitment to making performance improvements and determination to achieve positive outcomes. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
