Roles and Responsibilities
Lead IB programs planning across engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams, ensuring proper integration, prioritization for multiple projects, and alignment with business goals and customer requirements.Oversee and plan resources, schedules, and processes, drive wing-to-wing execution both functionally and technically to ensure IB programs quality and timely deliveryDrive cross-functional collaboration with design engineering, product management, operations, and customer-facing team to resolve challenges and take decisive actions to keep execution on track. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.Act as the primary interface with stakeholders, providing regular updates and delivering results to business teams.Required Qualifications
Proven experience in program management, background in lifecycle management, sustaining engineering, or related fields.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong leadership in cross-functional environments and the capability to drive stakeholder alignment .Ability to manage complex portfolios with multiple priorities.Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, track, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
