Program Manager, Enterprise Learning & Talent

As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** This is a key operational role within the Enterprise Learning & Workforce Performance team, providing hands-on support across two critical workstreams: enterprise skills transformation and learning. You will drive skills data operations, coordinate enterprise learning initiatives, and produce high-quality enablement materials that bring our skills and learning strategy to life. The ideal candidate is a creative, curious professional who is comfortable working with workforce data, designing compelling enablement resources, and translating data into clear, visual storytelling. **What You’ll Gain** + Hands-on experience driving enterprise learning and skills intelligence transformation across a Fortune 25 healthcare organization. + The opportunity to directly shape a first-of-its-kind capability with visibility to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate skills validation and governance cycles: gathering requirements, building schedules, managing resources, and partnering with HR technology teams and stakeholders to ensure taxonomy accuracy and data quality across systems and reporting tools. + Support the connection of skills data outputs to learning content and talent management programs in meaningful, actionable ways. + Create enablement materials: quick reference guides, one-pagers, FAQs, visual aids, and presentation decks that translate complex skills and learning concepts for diverse stakeholders. + Support leadership reporting needs, contributing to dashboards and data visualizations that make skills data actionable and accessible for business leaders. + Contribute to the Enterprise Learning Community by managing logistics, communications, recurring touchpoints, and resource sharing, while tracking and synthesizing data to inform continuous improvement and impact. + Help connect the dots between skills and enterprise learning workstreams, identifying opportunities where insights from one inform and accelerate the other. + Drive change management and communication efforts related to new tools, processes, and programs. + Manage enablement deliverables through full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through execution, tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating status and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Comply with all policies and standards. **Key Skills:** + Learning & Development Programs + Workday HCM + Enablement & Communication Design + Workforce & People Data + Project/ Program Coordination **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of Human Resources, quality improvement, program management or project management experience required. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools a plus. Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year *** The Program Manager, Enterprise Learning & Talent position is primarily remote. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
