Program Manager, Enterprise Learning & Talent

This position provides hands-on tactical support across two critical workstreams: Skills Transformation & Enterprise Learning. This person will help drive skills data operations, coordinate enterprise learning initiatives, and produce high-quality enablement materials that bring our skills and learning strategy to life. The ideal candidate is a creative and curious professional who is comfortable working with workforce data, designing compelling enablement resources, and storytelling. If you bring a strong foundation in learning and talent programs, a working knowledge of Workday, and depth in one of these two areas, we want to hear from you. **What You’ll Gain** + Broad exposure to enterprise learning and skills intelligence transformation work within a Fortune 25 healthcare organization. + The opportunity to contribute directly to a skills transformation that is shaping how the organization develops, deploys, and grows talent. + Opportunities to work alongside senior leaders and build a first-of-its-kind capability. **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate and execute ongoing skills validation planning cycles—gathering requirements, creating plans and schedules, and managing resources to keep validation cycles on track across skill taxonomy, HR technology, visual dashboards. + Support the connection of skills data outputs to learning content and talent management programs in meaningful, actionable ways. + Supports the ongoing governance of skills across the enterprise, including taxonomy management, data quality monitoring, and coordination with HR technology partners. + Assist in the operational upkeep of enterprise skills data, including taxonomy management, data quality monitoring, and ensuring accuracy across systems and reporting tools. + Create enablement materials—quick reference guides, one-pagers, FAQs, visual aids, and presentation decks—that help stakeholders understand learning and skills concepts. + Support leadership reporting needs; build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools that make skills data actionable and accessible for business leaders. + Coordinate logistics and communications for the Enterprise Learning Community, including recurring touchpoints, resource sharing, and engagement tracking across enterprise learning leaders. + Develop and maintain a library of enablement resources that support enterprise learning priorities and help amplify key messages across business units. + Track and synthesize engagement data from learning community activities to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate impact. + Build polished, engaging PowerPoint presentations that translate complex skills and learning concepts for diverse audiences. + Help connect the dots between skills and enterprise learning workstreams, identifying opportunities where insights from one inform and accelerate the other. + Support change management and communication efforts related to new tools, processes, and programs. + Manage enablement deliverables through the full program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through execution—identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring work stays on track. + Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Comply with all policies and standards. **Key Skills:** + Learning & Development Programs + Workday HCM + Enablement & Communication Design + Workforce & People Data + Project Coordination **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of Human Resources, quality improvement, program management or project management experience required. Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
