Amazon is rapidly expanding its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and we are looking for a Program Manager to join the MENA Returns and Business Waste. CBW is an overall mechanism to track the net cost to serve to our customers and sellers to drive down inefficiencies & lower the amazon cost structure. We build products to reduce the financial costs of product returns and drive operational excellence across the fulfillment network.

- Deliver P&L savings by reducing cost of business waste
- Identifying opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources for the identified programs
- Lead new programs to reduce cost to serve
- Working with multiple teams including Supply Chain, Category, CS, Transportation, Finance and the FCs, and Tech to run the programs
- Design and implement customer-centric solutions to reduce order cancellations and delivery exceptions
- Deliver through influencing other teams to change, through the use of quantitative and qualitative data provided to stakeholders with often conflicting KPIs

This role is a fixed 12-month contract and will be based out of Cairo (Egypt) office.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
