Description [Full time 12-month fixed contract] Amazon is rapidly expanding its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and we are looking for a Program Manager to join the MENA Returns and Business Waste. CBW is an overall mechanism to track the net cost to serve to our customers and sellers to drive down inefficiencies & lower the amazon cost structure. We build products to reduce the financial costs of product returns and drive operational excellence across the fulfillment network. Amazon’s vision is to be ‘earth’s most customer centric company’ and the PM will be: - Deliver P&L savings by reducing cost of business waste - Identifying opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources for the identified programs - Lead new programs to reduce cost to serve - Working with multiple teams including Supply Chain, Category, CS, Transportation, Finance and the FCs, and Tech to run the programs - Design and implement customer-centric solutions to reduce order cancellations and delivery exceptions - Deliver through influencing other teams to change, through the use of quantitative and qualitative data provided to stakeholders with often conflicting KPIs Key traits required for the role: - Entrepreneurial spirit to identify and kick-start new program - Customer obsessed - Extensive stakeholder management and relationship building - Compelling written and oral communication skills - Enthusiastic about solving complex problems - Comfortable operating in fast paced environment - A data based decision maker and comfortable in operating large & complex dataset for insight generation. - Willingness to roll up sleeves and take care of emerging operational issues This role is a fixed 12-month contract and will be based out of Cairo (Egypt) office.
