We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide end-to-end ownership of our automated and human coaching supports. The ideal candidate will manage our key vendor relationships, lead our international expansion efforts, and serve as the subject matter expert for our automated support products in AtoZ. This role requires a balance of program and product mindsets, strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and a focus on driving program improvements and ensuring positive outcomes for our eligible employees. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage complex projects, and scale our education benefits globally.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage vendor relationships using data to drive improved access and outcomes
• Own pilot expansion work launching December 2025
• Influence product development by collecting business requirements and partnering with our tech team to build customer obsessed experiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Build understanding of best practices in coaching adult learners
A day in the life
Your day typically involves balancing product development, program operations, and vendor management:
Morning:
• Attend pre-enrollment product team standup to review progress and address blockers
• Meet with program teams to collect regional requirements and support needs
• Review coaching data and prepare for vendor check-ins
Afternoon:
• Lead vendor meeting to discuss coaching outcomes and improvement opportunities
• Update international expansion project plan and timeline
• Organize coach development session and training materials
Throughout the day, you'll:
• Drive improvements to our student support model
• Monitor program health metrics
• Coordinate between product and operations teams
• Support coach development initiatives
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong program management and project delivery skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Proficient data analysis and visualization capabilities to inform decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
