How you will contribute

This role combines leading a team of Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) Product Owners to deliver products for Supply Chain and aligning with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in connecting strategy to execution with a passion for developing people, establishing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

Align BI&A initiatives with organizational priorities supporting growth and productivity through quarterly planning sessions to establish a roadmap for deliverables.Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and Agile teams, translating strategic goals into actionable, prioritized backlogs.Manage various agile teams to create Manage dependencies transparency and prevent bottlenecks.Support the Director, Supply Chain Intelligence, in creation and communication of vision and strategy.Drive exploration and experimentation.Coach and mentor team members.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.Identify and incubate best-in-class internal talent and supplement with external partners to support functions and drive delivery on strategic projects.Create individual development plans and actively support skill growth.Provide status updates, identify barriers to execution and risks.Drive Change Management.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree is required

Job specific requirements:

Agile MethodologiesPower BI, Tableau,etc.Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, ADO, etc.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
