The Opportunity:
Join a mission-driven team supporting the Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) Program Management Office (PMO). As a Program Management Analyst, you’ll leverage your expertise in program management to drive strategic decisions, optimize operations, and ensure successful acquisition and lifecycle management of critical assets. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as an analyst in program management, providing high-level technical and analytical support to the MPA PMO. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Advisory: Deliver expert guidance on efficient and effective management of programs, including research and development activities.Decision Support: Provide technical and analytical insights to help leadership make informed decisions on asset mix, modifications, acquisitions, and retirements.Acquisition Expertise: Draft and refine acquisition documentation (e.g., SOW, IGCE, AP, WBS, RMP) in collaboration with stakeholders.Financial Management: Assist with program budgeting, cost analysis, and financial oversight.Compliance & Audits: Support site visits and audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations, driving productivity and standardization.Executive Communication: Create and update compelling presentations for program initiatives

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
