Program Lead Analyst - Accredo - Remote

The Program Leads are key members of the Program Management Leadership organization, who provide support and energy to this diverse and growing team. You will be responsible for a specific program that calls for program management at the lead level. As Program Lead, you will be the main point of contact for all internal and external partners associated with the specified program. Communication and organizational skills must be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engaging our partners to achieve goals.

What you'll do to make a difference:

Point of contact for client interactions and/or HUBIdentify barriers to care through deep analysis of pending cases, missed commitments, unenroll data, TAT data and moreCoordinate with leadership team and operational partners to improve the patient experienceProvide an elevated Program Manager level of service, which includes the below functionsInteract with internal and external partners for the majority of your workday.Manage the relationship between your aligned pharmaceutical client(s), their HUBs and their program(s)Act as a liaison to answer questions related to Accredo processes, service issues and mitigate any escalationsUnderstand the nuances of how to position Accredo externally in a professional and discreet manner (what to say/not to say)Develops strong relationships, instills trust with partners and incorporates a strategic mindset, anticipating potential needs or concernsOwn responsibility for the overall health and performance of the program, specific products and services, and provide updates to stakeholdersResearch, gather, analyze, and communicate data efficiently. Identify and track trends, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvement initiativesUnderstand and be fluent in key performance metrics for specific specialty drug(s) and assist in expeditiously resolving delaysCreate presentations and host meetings with operations leaders, account teams, HUBs and manufacturers to review metrics, program performance, support clinical/nonclinical in-services, and QBRs to showcase the value of this rolePerform work independently, adapt to a dynamic working environment, and be an effective change agent

What you need to be successful:

Highly analytical and detail orientedStrong, polished communicator (verbal and written)Ability to manage ambiguity and flex to program needs/changes in a fast paced, evolving environmentHighly motivated, organized, and independent self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitudeDemonstrates a strong understanding of the Accredo patient journey/life of a script, and can navigate the organization quickly to get answers and/or expertise Ability to multitask across a variety of assignments with competing deadlinesProcess expert with above average proficiency in all systems, including RX Home, CSP, Phat Too, and Ops Insight required


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,600 - 104,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
