The Program Director leads one or more complex aerospace programs from concept through product delivery. This role ensures strong technical performance, on‑time and on‑budget execution, contractual compliance, and high customer satisfaction, working closely with cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance.
Key responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and technical performanceDefine and execute program plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and performance metricsIdentify and manage program risks, configuration control, and change processesLead cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders to program objectivesManage customer relationships, contracts, and commercial performanceOversee program financials, forecasts, and earned value metricsEnsure compliance with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policiesBuild, develop, and lead high‑performing program teamsReport program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadershipWhat success looks like
